Microblading and Lash Extensions Policies
Deposit
A NON- REFUNDABLE $100 deposit is required to book a PMU(Permanent Makeup) Service. This fee will apply towards appointment total cost.
A $30 deposit is required to book any lash service. This fee will apply towards appointment total cost.
Fee will be charged in "checkout"
Cancellation Policy
Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it MUST be done within 48 hours prior to your appointment day.
No call/ no show= BANNED from booking services
If same day cancellations occur more than twice you will be subject to declining all future appointment requests.
Late Appointments
I strongly encourage clients to arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time.
There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes a $10 late fee will be charged to your appointment.
After 20 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled and another deposit will be required to book.
*Please respect appointment times as other appointments are scheduled, understand I do not like to rush through anyones work.*
NO Children or Extra Guests are Allowed
As per Charlotte Health Department requirements, children are not allowed in the treatment area. Due to the nature of detailed artistic services, I kindly request that you respect the no guest policy unless given prior approval from technician.
Tipping
Tips usually average 10 - 20% of treatment price. Tipping is not required, but is appreciated. These can be given in cash or charged to credit/ debit cards.
Lash Policies
It is very important to arrive with a bare face and clean lashes, if you arrive with makeup, dirt, or mascara on your lashes a $10 lash bath will automatically be charged.
I do NOT work on other peoples work.
After 3 weeks you will be charged for a new set.
